Restaurant Identity

Sooooo here it is. the big major scary project.

If you don't get it. I'll explain. pork and beans: popular dish. if you didn't know that, you're not really...aware of things I guess. change the pork to fork and tada its vegetarian. i personally thought it was clever but two people didnt get it...that i know of...and that was two too many.

anyway. it was orignally just going to be all brown and red...rustic looking. but two weeks before it was due my teacher suggested that i take it in this andy warhol pop art direction. bc he said it would make it stand out. so of course i did what he said even though i didn't have to. i kind of regret it. but then kind of not. i'm so indifferent now though..obviously since it's over.

I got an A. but apparently that doesn't matter since I didn't win an award. aka my project sucks and I'm a failure.

graphic design blows.

I used to like this project until I was told that winning is all that matters.

But. other people have said nice things to me about it and have felt that I should've gotten recognition of some sort.

oh well.

I worked hard for two months on it. and I can be proud of that.

I'll put up more detailed pictures sometime...like the inside of the menu, etc.

everything was hand made. the bag, the little box, the board that the menu's on. I'm a sewing/wood crafting genius. and that's that. oh i kid.

and the menu is....twelve pages. awesome right? NO!
